GAP Spanish Rentals are a husband and wife team, who have chosen to settle in one of the prettiest parts of Spain, Pinar de Campoverde in the Costa Blanca, roughly 20 minutes away from Murcia airport or about an hour away from Alicante airport.
After letting out our apartment the year before, we quickly discovered the potential for holidays in the Murcia area. Acting on behalf of some of our friends and associates, we provide outstanding properties both to rent and for sale, alongside our property services.
Over the past 5 years or so, we have provided a professional and reliable service to numerous tenants and landlords, and during this time, we have learnt to tailor everything to your exact requirements, as everyone's slightly different.
