An older style property in Campoverde village, this four bedroom detached villa sleeps up to eight adults and provides an excellent base for a family holiday.
A short drive to the bars, restaurants and shops in Campoverde, the villa has a private pool, a rooftop solarium and comfortable accommodation.
In addition to the lounge and conservatory, there’s a futon in the “kid’s room” (with TV and games) which could provide an additional bed if required.
Car hire is recommended for this property which is ideal for short term holiday rentals. The beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mar Menor are around 10 and 15 minutes drive away respectively.
NB: The rooftop solarium is approached via an external spiral staircase which may not be suitable for small children

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is serviced by a variety of local shops, restaurants and bars providing a large range of cuisines and entertainment to suit every taste. The nearest beach is at La Zenia and is nice and safe, overlooking the beach is a good restaurant that provides traditional Spanish dishes. There are a large number of other beaches in the area to choose from and a trip to Santiago De La Ribera or La Manga will give you an insight into where the Spanish like to holiday. In La Manga there are a number of excellent seafood restaurants in the harbor area and a golf course which is well known. For shopping a trip to Torrevieja, especially for the Friday market is a must and Alicante has good beaches close to the harbor and shopping centre. There is golf at Villamartin and Las Ramblas which are close to the villa and provides all the facilities required for a good days golfing

Los Dolses forms part of the Villamartin development situated approx 12 km west of Torrevieja. Whilst the villa is situated in a quiet residential area the lively resort of Torrevija with an aqua park, a marina, markets, shops restaurants, night clubs and bars is only 15 minutes away by car.
The Costa Orihuela offers a range of activities, including excellent beaches, golf, attractions and sightseeing. Close to the villa are tennis courts at Villamartin and Campoamor, water sports, andgo karting.
Within walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques and the famous Lladro shop. Bowling and a cinema with a screen in English are situated on a complex near Torrevieja.

Unfotunately, Villa de los Amigos does not allow any smoking inside and also does not accommodate pets. Please be aware the pool area can become slippery when wet so be careful and do not run around the poolside. In addition please note that the top level bedrooms can only be accesssed from an outside stairway and therefore may not be suitable for young children unless accompanied by an adult in the adjoining bedroom. The lower bedrooms can be accessed via an internal staircase and as such are ideal for the youngsters. Accommodation can be provided for an additional 2 persons (making 14) by the use of a bed provided.

The villa has the benefit of a large swimming area which consists of a 10mx 5m pool, shower facilities, Eating and BBQ area. This 3 bedroom luxury villa sleeps six people is in the old part of Campoverde over looking lemon groves and also the sea.There is sun terrace leading from the living room and looking over the private pool with jaccuzzi.The pool area has it`s own shower room with toilet and BBQ.Upstairs there is a very large solarium .The main double bedroom has an on suite . Bedroom 2 has got a double bed and bedroom 3 has2 twin beds .The kitchen is very well equipped next to a large living dining room .Just a 5 minute walk away is the bars and resturantes etc.If you did want to go to the beach it`s approx 15minute drive away.PRICES FROM £450 PER WEEK
